MDH1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDH1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,394 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDH1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT140, IFT74, and IFT140_S1443. Each is linked with MDH1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDH1B-to-partner and partner-to-MDH1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDH1B versus IFT140 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDH1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDH1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
