MDH1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDH1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,892 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDH1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYND19, RNF126, and NDUFA6. Each is linked with MDH1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDH1B-to-partner and partner-to-MDH1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZMYND19 grouped by MDH1B-low versus MDH1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDH1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDH1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
