MDGA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDGA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,718 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYB5B, TUBG1, and UAP1L1. Each is linked with MDGA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDGA2-to-partner and partner-to-MDGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYB5B grouped by MDGA2-low versus MDGA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
