MDGA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,267 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAG1, LIN54, and GMEB1. Each is linked with MDGA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDGA1-to-partner and partner-to-MDGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAG1 grouped by MDGA1-low versus MDGA1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
