MDFIC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDFIC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDFIC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK17, STATH, and CLEC10A. Each is linked with MDFIC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDFIC2-to-partner and partner-to-MDFIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDFIC2 versus KCNK17 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDFIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDFIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
