MCUB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCUB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,041 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCUB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP2, RHOG, and SERPINB9. Each is linked with MCUB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCUB-to-partner and partner-to-MCUB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCUB versus GBP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCUB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCUB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
