Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCUB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,204 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCUB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMPK2, DDX60, and UBE2L6. Each is linked with MCUB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCUB-to-partner and partner-to-MCUB results are reported.
