Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCUB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,399 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCUB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mitotic nuclear division, Positive regulation of skeletal muscle cell differentiation, and Negative regulation of nuclear division. Each is linked with MCUB in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCUB-to-partner and partner-to-MCUB results are reported.
