The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher MCU Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MCU expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG are the cancer types where MCU Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
