MCU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCU RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,914 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MICU1, MICU2, and ENGASE. Each is linked with MCU in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCU-to-partner and partner-to-MCU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCU versus MICU1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCU→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
