mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 801 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCU-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL97P, MTND5P35, and RN7SL122P. Each is linked with MCU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCU-to-partner and partner-to-MCU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL97P grouped by MCU-low versus MCU-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCU→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
