MCU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCU RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,813 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCU-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICU1, ANXA7, and CCDC6. Each is linked with MCU in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCU-to-partner and partner-to-MCU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCU versus MICU1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCU→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
