MCTS2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCTS2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,149 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCTS2P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome organization, Centriole assembly, and Cytoskeleton-dependent cytokinesis. Each is linked with MCTS2P in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCTS2P-to-partner and partner-to-MCTS2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of chromosome organization grouped by MCTS2P-low versus MCTS2P-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCTS2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCTS2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
