MCTS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCTS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCTS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1L2B-AS1, SSU72P8, and MTND2P6. Each is linked with MCTS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCTS1-to-partner and partner-to-MCTS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1L2B-AS1 grouped by MCTS1-low versus MCTS1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCTS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCTS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
