MCTP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCTP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,486 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCTP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JOSD1, RAE1, and NELFCD. Each is linked with MCTP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCTP1-to-partner and partner-to-MCTP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCTP1 versus JOSD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.98.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCTP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCTP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
