MCRIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCRIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,898 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCRIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, TRAP1, and STUB1. Each is linked with MCRIP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-MCRIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCRIP2 versus DCTPP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCRIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCRIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
