MCOLN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCOLN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 315 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCOLN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRG6, CBLB, and ASH2L. Each is linked with MCOLN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCOLN3-to-partner and partner-to-MCOLN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCOLN3 versus ADGRG6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCOLN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCOLN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
