Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCOLN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,369 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCOLN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Protein-DNA complex organization, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions. Each is linked with MCOLN3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCOLN3-to-partner and partner-to-MCOLN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by MCOLN3-low versus MCOLN3-high in STOMACH.
