MCOLN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCOLN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,768 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCOLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR649, CCT5, and FAM177A1. Each is linked with MCOLN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCOLN2-to-partner and partner-to-MCOLN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR649 grouped by MCOLN2-low versus MCOLN2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCOLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCOLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
