Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCOLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,848 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCOLN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process, Transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with MCOLN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCOLN2-to-partner and partner-to-MCOLN2 results are reported.
