Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCOLN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,985 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCOLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT5, HSP90AB4P, and RPS10P14. Each is linked with MCOLN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCOLN1-to-partner and partner-to-MCOLN1 results are reported.
