MCOLN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCOLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,703 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCOLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1B, DLEU2, and RNA5SP417. Each is linked with MCOLN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCOLN1-to-partner and partner-to-MCOLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1B grouped by MCOLN1-low versus MCOLN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCOLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCOLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
