MCMDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCMDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCMDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR32, SUCNR1, and PSMB11. Each is linked with MCMDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCMDC2-to-partner and partner-to-MCMDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR32 grouped by MCMDC2-low versus MCMDC2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCMDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCMDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
