The most reproducible MCMBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MKI67, BCCIP, and CDK1. Each is linked with MCMBP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCMBP-to-partner and partner-to-MCMBP results are reported.
