MCM8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,417 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, LIG1, and XRN2. Each is linked with MCM8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM8-to-partner and partner-to-MCM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCM8 versus RRM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
