MCM8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PCNA. Each is linked with MCM8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM8-to-partner and partner-to-MCM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by MCM8-low versus MCM8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
