Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,912 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to chromosome, Cell cycle DNA replication, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with MCM8 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM8-to-partner and partner-to-MCM8 results are reported.
