Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCM8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCERG1L, BPIFB6, and ACCSL. Each is linked with MCM8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM8-to-partner and partner-to-MCM8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCERG1L grouped by MCM8-low versus MCM8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
