MCM7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,008 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BUD31, MCM2, and MCM2_S41. Each is linked with MCM7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM7-to-partner and partner-to-MCM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCM7 versus BUD31 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
