MCM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,138 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP534, UHRF1, and FANCG. Each is linked with MCM7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM7-to-partner and partner-to-MCM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP534 grouped by MCM7-low versus MCM7-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
