MCM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 158 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH6, OR6B1, and SLC5A7. Each is linked with MCM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM7-to-partner and partner-to-MCM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH6 grouped by MCM7-low versus MCM7-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
