MCM6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,488 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FEN1, POLD1, and RIF1. Each is linked with MCM6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM6-to-partner and partner-to-MCM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCM6 versus FEN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
