Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,441 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle DNA replication, Mitotic spindle midzone assembly, and DNA replication. Each is linked with MCM4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM4-to-partner and partner-to-MCM4 results are reported.
