Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MCM3AP mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MCM3AP data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher MCM3AP mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MCM3AP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and OV show a favorable association.

PDAC, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where MCM3AP mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
