MCM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,697 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, NCAPD2, and RFC2. Each is linked with MCM2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM2-to-partner and partner-to-MCM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCM2 versus POLD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
