MCL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,918 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX_S344, ZFP36_S60, and TIMM8A. Each is linked with MCL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCL1-to-partner and partner-to-MCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCL1 versus ZYX_S344 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
