MCL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, p70-S6K, and PDCD4. Each is linked with MCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCL1-to-partner and partner-to-MCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by MCL1-low versus MCL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
