Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM23, OR5AN1, and DEFB124. Each is linked with MCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCL1-to-partner and partner-to-MCL1 results are reported.
