MCIDAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCIDAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,071 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCIDAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC2, DDX47, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with MCIDAS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCIDAS-to-partner and partner-to-MCIDAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCIDAS versus RFC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCIDAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCIDAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
