MCHR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCHR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,469 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL11B, OR52L1, and CFHR4. Each is linked with MCHR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCHR2-to-partner and partner-to-MCHR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCHR2 versus METTL11B in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
