MCF2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCF2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,404 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCF2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXD, CRMP1, and IFI35. Each is linked with MCF2L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCF2L-to-partner and partner-to-MCF2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCF2L versus NAXD in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCF2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCF2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
