Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCF2L-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,763 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCF2L-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM2, OPTN, and SMC1A. Each is linked with MCF2L-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCF2L-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MCF2L-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCF2L-AS1 versus ZMYM2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCF2L-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCF2L-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
