MCEMP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCEMP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,001 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCEMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE3, CXCR1, and FPR2. Each is linked with MCEMP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCEMP1-to-partner and partner-to-MCEMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCEMP1 versus ADGRE3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCEMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCEMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
