MCEMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCEMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCEMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-3, SIGLEC27P, and ARL5AP1. Each is linked with MCEMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCEMP1-to-partner and partner-to-MCEMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-3 grouped by MCEMP1-low versus MCEMP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCEMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCEMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
