Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCEMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCEMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Monocytes and Myocytes. Each is linked with MCEMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCEMP1-to-partner and partner-to-MCEMP1 results are reported.
