Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCEMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,898 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCEMP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sensory perception of sound, Positive regulation of establishment of protein localization, and Cellular response to dexamethasone stimulus. Each is linked with MCEMP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCEMP1-to-partner and partner-to-MCEMP1 results are reported.
