MCCC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCCC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,490 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCCC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUFM, MMUT, and MRPL19. Each is linked with MCCC2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCCC2-to-partner and partner-to-MCCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCCC2 versus TUFM in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
