MCCC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,041 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCCC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC4, TCEA3, and EIF4G1. Each is linked with MCCC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCCC1-to-partner and partner-to-MCCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCCC1 versus RFC4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
