MCC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,708 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD38, FAM172A, and PPFIBP1. Each is linked with MCC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCC-to-partner and partner-to-MCC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCC versus CD38 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
