Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXT, OTOS, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with MCC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCC-to-partner and partner-to-MCC results are reported.
